So here’s a question for everyone. Just because I’m currently the only full-time employee at Extreme Inbound, that doesn’t mean I can’t throw us an awesome company retreat, right? Company culture starts at the top. At the very beginning. And I want to build something special over here. I want to build a business that not only helps amazing companies better connect with their prospects and customers and grow their businesses, but also one that affects me personally, the people I hire and the vendors I use to service my clients. So this year I started a company tradition. Any Extreme Inbound employee will participate in an annual¬†extreme company retreat. We’ll use this retreat to bond, to brainstorm, to discuss and to live extraordinary and adventurous lives. To me, that’s what the Extreme Inbound culture is all about.
